Payments are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. If the event is postponed, organizers will transfer payment towards the new event date or time. If the event is cancelled, organizers will only refund the face value of the payment received.

Pets are not permitted unless they are guide dogs or registered disability assistance dogs. You must take prior permission of the organizers as there may be restrictions at the venue.

The right of admission is reserved. Under certain municipal ordinances, state laws, and facility rules, certain items may not be brought into event premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, weapons, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.

You are permitted to carry out video or audio recording of your family members ONLY. Recording of the other participants shall not be carried out without organizers AND concerned participants' written permission. In addition, posting of the recording on social media sites should only be done with the written permission of the organizers AND the concerned persons. Even when you are posting recordings of your family member on social media sites, please ensure you are not including other persons, whose permission you do not have.
